Will the face change?
We restore rather than redraw, and we stand behind it: if the face looks changed, we redo it for free, and if the second try is not right, we refund that photo within 14 days. Photos are deleted after 72 hours, so ask for the redo within that time.
How long do you keep my photos?
Your photo and its result are deleted from our servers after 72 hours. Download your result before then.
What does it cost?
The preview is free. A full-size restoration uses one restoration from a pack. A photo checked by a person is a one-off payment. There is no subscription.
Which photos work best?
A clear scan or picture of the print, as JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB. The instant option cleans noise and sharpens faces but does not remove scratches, creases or stains, so a heavily damaged photo is better with the option checked by a person.
Can you add color to a black and white photo?
Yes, as an extra on any option, and the free preview can show it too. The colors are our best reconstruction, not a record of the real ones, so treat them as a guess. Photos that already have clear color are left as they are.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Software does the first pass: cleaning, enlarging and sharpening the photo. It restores what is there and does not invent a new face. If you choose the option checked by a person, someone looks at the result before you get it.
